Why don't I have a gag reflex?

I don't have a gag reflex and it's something of a bother to me well at least not sexually. I can stick my finger all the way down and I don't have the urge to vomit and when I give bj its the same as well but if I need to vomit because I'm sick or I ate too much I can't no matter how hard I try where as my friend justs touches the back of her mouth she gags but anyways I just wanted to know why is it that I don't have a gag reflex and is it bad that I don't have one

Its not bad. Some people can actually train their gag reflex and stop it.Normally porn stars :)

There is nothing to worry about. The only problem is that if you need to make yourself sick. For instance you took the wrong pills and you need to throw up or go to the emergency room. Little trick you might keep handy. Dissolve a couple of spoons of salt in warm water and drink it in one gulp. Your body will have a natural response to that!

I have the same exact issue! Right now I have a stomach virus and am so so nauseous but I can't vomit to save my life which honestly makes me feel 10× more sick. I know it's a problem when I can scratch the back of my throat with no issue. No I'm not trying to sound sexual at all, so whoever takes this otherwise can kindly fuck off

I wouldn't worry, it just means that you less sensitive of a reaction in the back of your throat. I mean your body has it's own reasons for the things that it does or doesn't do. I wouldn't worry about it, and if you ever seriously need to throw up you should see a doctor or go to the ER and they have stuff that will make you vomit
