Only if you think she won't get mad. I know it's probly hard to hide something like this because it is pretty big, but maybe you can bring it up in a way where she won't back off or act funny. And as soon as you do tell her, make sure she knows everything and it is all out on the table so that she isn't confused about anything at all.

if you think she will love you no matter what and be happy for you and be there for you then do it, I think it depends on who your sister is and how she is like is she sweet or can she be mean
