I keep getting yeast infections..cheating?

I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years now and we live together. Well I have never had a yeast infection in my life and I had one for the first time last month. It lasted a week and it went away. Well it came back two weeks later. I saw a dr and gave me a perspiration and it went away. Well guess what...it's back again! Is it possible my boyfriend is cheating on me? He has been acting very weird and he works all the time and he never did that before...should I confront him?

Might want to have him get checked to see if he has a yeast infection too. You could be passing it back and forth.

But try taking showers before you have sex and washing front and back with soap. Also might want to put fresh sheets on the bed. Also, don't do any anal play, or if you do be extremely careful not to contaminate yourself or anything that is going to go into you!

See if that makes any difference.

P.S. It should go without saying that you should wash your hands, with soap, after going to the bathroom. If you don't, you can cross contaminate him, and then you, And use a fresh towel, or paper towels. If you wash your hands with soap, but then wipe them on a towel that someone used without washing with soap, you can still pick up bad stuff.

Yeast infections generally are not considered sexually transmitted. Most yeast infections end up being caused by an imbalance of your vagina's natural flora. I'm sure your doctor explained this to you as well. Whether or not he is cheating on you or not, is another matter entirely, but you cannot simply tell if he's cheating because you have a vaginal yeast infection...
