Total total turn off. if I was already with her and she wanted one I would say hell no why? I love a natural women wether she has mosqiuto bites or tig-o-bitties. There is really no reason for a girl to be insecure of what she has there. especially if she is in shape and takes care of herself, now that is what truly matters for sure. I love it when you see girls tryin to improve their insecurities the right way instead tryin to take the so-called easy route. you know plastic surgery, boob implants, etc. Like for instance, biggest loser is a great example. (sorry mom watches the show so I kind of see it now and then. lol) but yah, theirs so many beautiful girls under all that fat and insecuirty they have, but when they work so hard and you see them in the end they look damn good. all natural and done off of hardwork.
Breat implants? definite no no if your lookin for a real man. Real men are lookin for real women. I'm sure you get what I'm sayin. So if your thinkin about getting one done, I would tell you to look in the mirror and say to yourself, do I want to be all natural or do I want to burden myself with regret of having somethin fake? In the long rung I'm sure this is exactly what will happen.

You do realize breast implants aren't always about guys right?I know y'all think that y'all are the only people girls make decisions for,but that's not true.You can't naturally get big breasts,so why not get them?
I would tell her not to do it. I would not want her to think she needs big boobs for me to be attracted to her, since I'm already with her. A girl getting implants does so for only a few reasons, she's either insecure or she wants (sexual) attention. Like Daniel Tosh said, "Keep telling yourself you did it to make your shirts fit better."
It would be a big turn off for me if I had a girlfriend get a boob job.
I would love to have bigger t*ts as I think it would make me more proportional. But, as most of the guys here say, natural ones are much better than fake and if I'm doing something about them they would have to look natural.
I have looked into the whole thing about surgery and it's not just a one time thing making them perfect forever. Even if they are placed correctly during the surgery they might move or become enclosed by the body to become two hard lumps. Implants will make them sag faster and the implants will sooner or later have to be replaced as they only last so long.
Every time you go through a surgery it is a risk for your life and for me it's not worth it.

Well the decision is yours. I'm sure he'll like them has long has they are not extremely huge and fake looking. But a lot of guys like natural boobs, because of the feel and look.
You might be a little too young for that. I mean, give yourself some room to grow. I was a late bloomer myself

I would tell her implants are gross and I'd honestly rather her be flat as a wall than "enhanced."
