How does a guy respond to a blow job?

I went out with this guy I have known for about three years, we haven't had any intercourse or foreplay. We went driving and were talking about sex, he asked for a BJ, and I like him so I did. During the BJ I would look up at him, to try and read his facial expressions and he would sometimes have his head back and looking up, and sometimes he was looking at me.   • I think about it this way, you said you have been dating for three years and have not had sex or foreplay so he was probably pleasured even if you didn't know what you were doing.
