Men can have only one orgasm at a time. After an orgasm, we have something called a Refractory Period.

The ambiguity of the wording is tripping me a bit since I think, like probably many guys, I count the number of times I have sex by the orgasms I have. So I would say just once typically. But it isn't that unusual for me to go for a second round, and when I was younger, sometimes third, fourth. But I consider that a "separate session", if you will, even if it isn't long in between the previous one.

The most I've ever cum duting sex was 4 times but that was when I was 15. It was my first time.
