Might just be a coldsore, I get those sometimes. I think its temporary and it'll go away within a few more days. Try not to touch it, if you can avoid it, and maybe put some sort've medical cream on it, if your worried. But just leaving it alone and keeping it clean will help heal it.
A cold sore is Herpes. You never go down on anyone when you have a cold sore, or let anyone with a cold sore go down on you.
@CuChullan Well, I was never told that. A cold sore to me (maybe i'm not using the correct definition, even though this is what I was taught) is when you get a sore in your mouth, usually from breaking skin or excessive rubbing. I got "cold sores" all the time when I had braces because of the wire rubbing against my mouth. I also get them if I chew off a bit of skin on accident. Perhaps I am saying it incorrectly, but that's what I meant by "cold sore" either way I still don't think its any serious illness and you'll be fine - just my opinion
Does that spot itch, tingle, burn? Does it turn into a small cluster of bumps? If not then no. It is possible to get pimples on your lip. I had one and the doc rolled her eyes at me. Herpes has a distinctive look.
I've been breaking out a lot too. Can I get herpes if my boyfriend doesn't have a STD? it don't burn or itch or tingle. It's probably just a pimple forming.
HSV 1 (herpes) is in the form of a cold sore. While not considered a sexually transmitted disease they can spread to the mouth, or genitals, via contact with infected person. Like a kiss, or oral sex. If your boyfriend gets cold sores that is HSV 1 and yes you can get herpes, or HSV 2 if he gives you oral with a cold sore. Google it for more info if you are confused. Basically, Herpes is in 2 forms. one not sexual the other sexual. the first can become sexual if oral is performed during an outbreak.

Just get in to see a Gyno about reproductive health and things to be aware of that you can do now preventative. At your age you can get vaccinated for STI’s that cause cervical cancer and get a Pap smear. All good things. It’s good to be worried, take care of your body. Ask for the HPV vaccination. Just 3 shots, they don’t hurt and it can save your life or at least chance to have kids.
He can be a virgin and transmit a herpes simplex virus no difference, you will be OK even if it is, because probably 70% of the world population has it and are still alive
If it forms a small pustule in the next few days, odds are that it is Herpes Simplex.

The leading possibilities would be herpes simplex (if a pustule develops), angiodema, hives, contact dermatitis (possible, but unlikely, since such a small, specific area), or impetigo. If it persists- despite increased good oral hygiene- you might want to see a dermatologist to get it checked out.
