He's full of sh*t. He was well aware of what he was doing. My guess? He knowingly cheated on you, and now he's full of regret, so he feels the intense need to tell you. But the thing is he cares for you and so he tried to dumb it down so to speak and make it seem much less worse than it really is. Believe it or not, that's up to you. But you should really take my advice. I know very well from personal experience. Also, if you're passed out it's not easy to be woken up... and if you are woken up you don't simply sober up. You need hours of sleep or lots and lots of water to sober up if you're that drunk.

Yes I think some guys can. But it never stopped me. Even though I felt terrible about it for some reason I did it again, and again, and again. However over the years I have really learned the value of self control and I understand that it leads to peace of mind. So even though I regretted what I did, and still cheated over and over for a reason I don't even know, I have learned that it's not okay. I wouldn't trust him.

Was yours? I can't say, the consensus below seems to think no, I've never been drunk so I can't really say with first hand experience what it's like to be awaken when passed out.
ok so I guess it wasn't he was woken up from being passed out. he worded it wrong. it was he was blacking out. you can be drunk and still do things but not remember doing those things. I guess that was the state he was in.

No it isn't because one if she is passes out drunk she most likely doesn't know what is going on. I know I don't remember a lot when I get to that point. And it really isn't proper if the girl has a boyfriend and the boy knows he does. So in other words this guy has a girlfriend and the girl knew but still did it anyways. : |
