Work on your posture if that's the case. Speaking from experience, anterior pelvic tilt (when your pelvis is out of whack and rotated forward) could create the illusion that your dick is smaller. Also, shaving your pubes can't hurt especially if you have a forest down there

It's all about perspective. A good portion of your penis is down and tucked under you. Take a photo at different angles. Take one from above. Take one straight on and then take one from below. You will see that the shot from below appears bigger than the other shots. Your public bone / area blocks some of the view
