Why doesn't my boyfriend get turned on?

so my boyfriend and I spend a lot of alone time together. we recently started taking things to a sexual level. we can both be naked, yet he rarely gets hard. like earlier he bought me this sexy lingerie kit, and I put it on, and he kept telling me I looked so sexy and beautiful. he is constantly trying to touch me, finger me, rub my boobs, etc. and he always wants me to do things to him(such as give him a hand job) but The only times he gets a boner is when I kiss his neck, his ears, or when I stroke his penis. the weird part is, his boner goes away, fast. I asked him about it, and he said it's just hard to turn him on... what do you guys think...?

  • just keep doing those things that get him hard over and over again so that he stays hard. I am sorta the same way when it comes to sex.
