It depends on who you are and who you "lose" your virginity to. I gave my virginity to my girlfriend that I am sure I love, and at the time we were both sure we had strong, stable emotional feelings for each other. We still do.

The way it happened for us make me more willing and wanting to have sex, not necessarily horny, because we have a connection between us and when we do have sex it is for us not just me or just her.

Now I have friends who had sex as soon as they could. Most of them didn't really see anything in the guy or girl, respectively, they were with but were looking forward to the action. Most of them have had bad experiences with sex since and have become a little hesitant towards relationships.

the answer is more trust me. but make sure you are fully comfortable with losing it. and make sure its the right person. Don't do it just to do it. when you are with the right person and its the right time you'll now. just make sure they realize you want it to happen again. Waiting is the worst.
