So we were both kind of drunk Friday and she definitely wanted me. Lots of signs. When we got back to her place we made out a lot and eventually I started fingering her. She could have orgasmed, but it's extremely unlikely after only 20-30 seconds. Most girls need at least a few minutes.

Maybe she realized that she made a mistake and she wasn't ready to be doing that. Or she decided not to do it while she was drunk.

It's also possible (as some others said) that you were hurting her. Maybe your nails were sharp, or you were being too rough.

Just because she wants to see you again doesn't mean it wasn't something negative. If it happens again, you should ask her why, so you can solve the problem (if there is one) or at least stop wondering what's going on.

It depends on the girl and on he situation. You'll have to figure out what the individual girl you're with prefers, and it's a good idea to start out gently to be sure you won't cause pain. Also, guys are generally stronger and less sensitive than girls, so your idea of what's rough might be different from hers.
