If I break up with one guy and have sex with a new guy, and his penis is bigger or smaller, I'm going to notice. In that sense, yes, I would compare. But I'm not going to be thinking much about it or judging either of them based on it. The fact of size wouldn't make me disappointed, but if the sex wasn't as good, I would be.

To be honest, no. Because as I said, it's how you use it. If one boyfriend had a small penis but rocked in bed and then my new boyfriend was huge but sucked in bed... I'd compare whether they were good or bad in bed, not the size of their penis.
i would not get mad if it was smaller, the only thing would be that I would get dissapointed that after a while, if he wasn't using it "good enough" and my sex life with my ex was better..

yes! size is important
It's hard not to compare. It's like when you see two cars, you have to notice difference in color, size and other characteristics.
The other answer for me would have to be no. If you have a decent size, it doesn't matter what size was an ex, but if you are TOO small, than it would be a disappointment either way.
P.S. Don't worry, too small are harder to find then an average or too big, so you're probably just fine
