My girlfriend dislikes her boobs, what can I do to increase her confidence?

My girlfriend is unhappy with her boobs, she has a small B cup. I like her boobs and tell her that, but it doesn't change the way she sees them. Has anybody got any experience in ways increase their confidence (or their partners confidence in this case) when they are unhappy about the size of their chest. Has anybody considered or got implants in the past? Thank you in advance for thoughtful answers.

I am one of those guy that like small boobs and if you want to be with this woman then you need to accept whom she's really is. What is it with you guy and huge breast. The sight of those veins would be a turn off. Now you want her to get breast enhancement. She can solve her problem by dumping you.
