How can I tell he's fertile by his balls?

His balls sag very low and im worried that's a sign of infertility

    - Normal sized testicles, you should be able to see that if they sag a lot. The bigger the testicles, the more fertile in general.
    - The should pull closer to his body when it’s getting colder or when he’s close to ejaculating, jack him off once and check if they pull up when he comes, I saw some men where they even pull up as far as next and above the penis, that looks weird.

  • You can get an at home kit to test his sperm count. How low his balls are isn’t really the best indicator. He may just have a high body temp. You can also get an idea by he amount of fluid produced when he ejaculates

  • I don't think the appearance of a guys balls is any indication of fertility other than if the balls are hanging away from the body that's nature's way of protecting the sperm if the surroundings are too warm and likewise if it's too cool the balls get pulled up tight to the body.

  • The best way to tell is to rest them in your chin and see what happens.
    But seriously, balls will hang low or be tight dependent on the body temp. They’ll automatically move up or down to stay warm or cool off. Short story, you can’t tell by looking at them.
