First, the testicles, or balls, are inside a bag, or scrotum. In some men the scrotum and the balls hang very low. For other men, the scrotum and balls do not hang low. Penises and testicles vary as much as vaginas and vulvas vary. Usually, one ball hangs a bit lower than the other. Some say that which ball hangs lower depends on which hand is dominant.

The balls go up and down and the scrotum expands and contracts during the day for most men. We do not feel this happening -- it just happens. During a hot shower, the balls and scrotum relax and hang lower; during a cold shower the balls and scrotum shrink up and the balls pull up into the abdomen a bit.

Not really if you get your mind off it but if you're just conscious of them being there then they can be annoying and it is harder to breathe if you're sitting down with your legs closed. Worse if we cross our legs like how girls sit. If you see guys putting their hands on their pockets then chances are he's adjusting his balls.

Nah, one is sort of used to it. In loose undies one sometimes needs to sit down carefully to avoid crushing them but other then that, it’s fine. Going commando with freshly shaving tools is sometimes funny when you walk, when you stop abruptly you feel and (image to) hear the slapping of it against your inner thighs :-)

I think that you are a type of girl not wearing a bra. So your boobs must be swinging all around. And if such guys balls swing and hand whole day long , then this guy is supposed to be a nudist. And nudists don't mid their balls hanging around all day long even if they swing in between.
