Yea. That's called a foot fetish. They appear to be quite common these days.
If I saw a guy looking at my feet, I would think it odd and become self-conscious about my feet, worrying that he might find something odd about them. If I later learnt that he had a foot fetish, I would be flattered. If I did not learn about it until we were IN a relationship, I wouldn't mind much at all. As long as he still wanted to please me in bed, as any partner should, I'd be glad to satisfy the needs of his fetish.

It's just a foot fetish lo.l I think I would be flattered more than anything. I saw this true life: I have a fetish recently and this guy had a really intense foot fetish, like he would lick and suck and basically eat a girls foot lol. That is a little bit much in my opinion.
