Although my Girlfriend and I don't purposefully watch each other pee or otherwise use the bathroom, we are completely comfortable doing whatever we need to do even if the other is there. Early in our relationship she would just walk in and sit down, even if I was in there, so I figured if she could, I could too! It is kind of nice to no longer have any hangups about if she is there when I am, and it carried over into being much more comfortable using urinals in public restrooms too, which used to bother me somewhat (but not enough to use a stall like some people seem to do...).

Frankly, if you are intimate enough to have sex, especially oral sex, I'm not sure why you'd have a hangup about peeing. Give it a try, good luck!
