Of course we all like to express contempt for these people..but I want to SERIOUSLY know. Like say your a congresswoman or Senator and you literally get to cast the deciding vote on passing this as law. Do you think convicted of sexual crimes should have their penis removed as a legal punishment? Do you think in some cases but not others? (for example...a 16 year old juvenile offender would be an exception..or guys who commit lesser crimes than rape..etc). It seems to be that more guys would be against the idea than women...because guys can empathize because they actually have a penis...whereas girls don't so I would think they would less empathetic. I don't like sex offenders at all...they commit some of the most vile crimes imaginable. But I still don't believe in "cruel and unusual punishment and enjoy that our Bill of Rights Prohibits that..I also can't say that the punishment fits the crime..if someone told me me I I could choose between being raped or loosing my penis...I'd pick the first option hands down. The second would mean forever loosing a very identifying and vital part of your body...I could never imagine living without it.

We do not understand human behavior, and we certainly do not understand human sexual behavior.
Genital mutilation of offenders occurs in other societies, as does stoning adulterers to death. There is no indication that any of these vengeful punishments has a deterrent effect.
As a sexual woman I think there is some dual responsibilities. "Don't turn them on if you're going to turn them down": from my mom, my moms mom, and her mom, and so on.
Most sexual assaults are not violent, hide in the bushes types. The vast majority are in fact described as date rapes.
I lay ground rules early with guys looking to date, or just hang out with me. I try to eliminate any conflicts in advance. Although I never view sexual contact as a male entitlement, I certainly take his feelings and desires into consideration. This way everyone is relaxed, lines are drawn, and if we want things to progress it is a mutual decision.
For girls to think the decision is hers alone, and she will pull the plug just when she wants, is truly looking for trouble. Yes, it is disrespectful, and downright mean sometimes.
There are so many other ways to massage a man other than his genitals.

In my mind I do think both males and females should have their junk cut up, molestation and rape are inexcusable & I don't think those individuals are useful to society or can ever be "rehabilitated" but in reality it is torture so no.

I never plan on raping or molestation,so if that law were to pass I wouldn't mind(I'm assuming we're also talking about women getting their sh*t cut up too).

Although in my mind if I were about to be raped and scissors or a knife were near by, I'd be the next Lorena Bobbitt. In the heat of the moment I wouldn't give a damn about whether you or any guy or girl thinks it's wrong, his junk would be f***ed up.

Btw..are you aware sex offender have the lowest reactivism rate than most other types of criminals? so obviously they can be rehabitlitated. Calling a crime, a crime, is not doing anything. It’s just words. But preforming torture on a criminal makes you a criminal as well. Even if its legal it’s not moral. Besides that fact that most rapes are committed with fingers and sexual assaults happen to men 1.4% less the woman. Also, removing sexual organs doesn’t take away the desire as people believe, in several cases “shown on men”, it enhanced the desire. It is believed there is a lack of testosterone in male predators. Female predators have yet to be studded to my knowledge, or at least to any real degree.

No, I don't believe in "an eye for an eye" types of retribution. I don't believe in torture or mutilation. I don't believe in the death penalty either, for that matter. Further, there's always the chance that someone might be falsely convicted and that is the type of thing that cannot be undone.
