if I'm in convo with him and he's staring at them I'd stop talking until I saw him give me eye contact and then say " yea this is where you should look when talking to a girl"
if he's walking by I'd just ignore him
but there are cases where I won't mind...like if it's my bf...or gay friend or someone I'm really into and know
ok well if he looks every now and then...depending on the guy I would not mind
If its a guy who you knew back in Jr high and talk to casually but aren't good friends and this happens in high school? I saw a friend of mine doing this recently in this situation and want to know if she didn't see him or didn't care?

Walking and some random guy looks: flattered
talking to a guy I just met: half flattered, sort of annoyed.

Yes it does bother me. Me having big breasts does not send an invitation to be disrespectful and act as though you have no self control.

Well I have really big boobs...34ddd so I'm used to guys always glancing or staring...there is no hiding the girls lol. But what I find hilarious is the guys that go into a daze staring at them or make it so blatenly obvious. Gives me and my man a good laugh.

Okay so, if I'm having a conversation with a guy and I catch him looking at my boobs, I would be a little annoyed if it's a guy that I just met. But if a guy walks past me and looks at my boobs, there's no harm done, I'de be flattered. I'de rather a guy just look than disrepect me.
My boobs are too small for guys to bother looking at, so I guess I'd be a little flattered if it ever happened.

I've never noticed a guy looking at mine before, and my ex straight up said my boobs were "too small to be worth anything". If what you say is true, I guess I don't mind.

I wouldn't care as long as they don't touch me. I caught my boyfriend just staring and I didn't care.
It bothers me when its really obvious and that's all they look at.
It only bother's me if it's more than twice. Because then it makes me feel like he's really not listening to a thing I'm saying. Just walking by I don't mind at all, but during a conversation, don't surpass like two times. I wouldn't say anything about it if I caught him looking, unless he was like staring through the whole conversation. I'd be like "Buddy, my eyes are up here!"
But if it's just a few glances it's fine.
i would try to ignore all of the above. but I would get especially mad if I was trying to talk to a guy and I catch him staring at my chest. I find it disrespectful.
