Obviously he feels comfortable around you, or he wouldn't make personal jokes around you like that. But if he's just making sexual jokes, then it's probably more of a physical thing then him actually liking you. If a guy likes you, he will want to spend time with you and take you out, not just want to talk about sex.
depends he could just be making fun you in a joking way, that's how some people are to people they like
couple of my guy fiends make joke like that with me too,but not sexual ones,just kissing ones, but it don't bother me because they just do it to get on my nerves because they know I hate romantic things lke that, so maybe he just begging or playing with you too
