If a guy invites you to his house for dinner and a movie, does he just want some?

Is it almost always an invite to try and get some ass? Guys in their mid-late 20s who you've been dating invite you over to their place and say they'll cook you dinner and watch a movie... is it code for "I want to cuddle, kiss you, and hopefuly more" ? Or are there exceptions, like it's cheaper, more casual and trying to be sweet?

  • It's cheaper and more intimate. There are exceptions. Perhaps he knows how to cook and wants to show off to you. Show you he's more complicated than you think. And/or he has a great movie. But there's also the idea that something could happen. Personally I wouldn't expect to go all the way. I suppose it means he intends to try something or wants that option to be available. You're in the comfort zone. At the very least he'll get to hold you while watching a movie.

I wouldn't ask for that kinda date unless we'd gone out some before and I was confident. If the girl said yes I'd take it as a good sign. Meaning she's receptive too.

    Ass implied.

  • It really depends on the persons involved, but if cooking and watching a movie is the invite then that's well and good..your an adult now and your supposed to know what you want..if the guy initiates more than dinner and movie..it's totally up to you to let it happen..as for me..i don't push it I'll let it happen naturally with the person I care about =)

  • No it's not code lol. I would favor doing that rather than going out most of the time.
