Are braille nipples a turn off?

My nipples are light (light brown-pinkish) and look smooth when it's room temperature. HOWEVER when it gets cold or they get aroused, they become darker (dark brown), scrunch up and little bumps show up. And they don't look sexy to me anymore. :( Are guys grossed out by these little bumps too?

These bumps are VERY normal. Pretty much every girl has them.

So if guys would be grossed out by them, they would be grossed out by boobs in general, which is definitely not the case ;).
