After sex how long does it take for all the sperm to come out of your vagina?

Just wondering if I have sex with a woman two days in a row if there could still be some of my sperm from the day before inside of her vagina? Women how long does it usually take for it all to come out? Do you clean it out somehow?

  • Sperm can live for a few days inside the vagina if that is what you are worried about. So some of those little buggers are working overtime! That's why if you're worried about pregnancy you need to use some form of birth control.

If you're just asking about the gooey mess then it's all about gravity and the viscosity of your sperm. Some of it starts flowing out pretty much right after you pull out but leakage can continue for up to a few hours. I wipe right after and that collects most of it. Also, I'll use a panty liner to collect the seepage. I hate semen stains in my undies.

  • Sperm can stay and live for up to three days in your vagina. Or something like that. But, with all the downward pull and depending on a few other things its unlikely that, unless she's close to ovulation, she'll get pregnant.

However, if you're wondering if you come in her how long will it all take to come out- all the come stops dripping out after a few hours, depending what position you've been in. Laying down it'll mostly start when you stand up/sit up. Standing/sitting probably a few hours.

  • If I remember correctly, sperm can stay alive in a woman for up to 3 days. It isn't super common, but because of this a woman can get pregnant even if she has sex a day or two before she ovulates.

I am positive it doesn't all "fall out". Some of those little suckers swim pretty far in. A lot of does leak out however, when you go to the bathroom after sex. I don't think most women do anything other than go to the bathroom and clean up.

    Why do you ask?

    • Sperm can live up to 7 days inside of a vagina with 3-4 being the average life. It's probable that a woman will get pregnant if still having sex 1-2 days before she has sex. ~Distant

  • Sperm can live inside the vagina for days (3-4 on average). It doesn't all "come out". The woman's body disposes of it accordingly once it dies.

    • So basically, up to a month.

  • Hours. And douching makes it worse, not better. You can finger it out, maybe, but not all of it and not if it's deep enough.

    • Right... you have to really get in their with your tongue to clean it all out...
