What does it mean when a man says "I am all yours"?

I have a sex buddy which I am totally OK with it staying that way but sometimes he sends mixed signals about what is going on with us. He has mentioned meeting my child, and has mentioned several times about how his **** is all mine. Sometimes he texts asking how work was or how my day is going. I don't write too much into these things but learned a long time ago that sometimes men really are trying to tell me something and I am totally oblivious. Recently he sent a text stating "you know I am allllll yours" emphasis on all and am wondering if I should ask him about it or let it go. I am a pretty blunt person and have no problems with asking but sometimes he is at a loss for words but don't want to put him on the spot for nothing.
