If a guy is breathing really heaving when he first starts making out with you is it a good sign? Also do guys like it when the girl moans and breaths a little heavy while making out?

Breathing heavily just means he's out-of-breath or that he's really into it. The latter is a compliment, of course. Otherwise, he might need to build his stamina a little. Guys do indeed like it when a girl breathes heavily and moans as it shows she's enjoying herself.
