sex no -- though there is once a guy I dated just out of pity ..he was super nice but I didn't like him that way. I didn't know how to say no to him just cause I didn't want him to feel bad ..nevertheless he soon realized it ...i was really glad when he did. Fortunately we are still good friends.

no because what if that person was searching more with that person, wanting loving sex. Not just I feel bad for you lets have sex. Seriously the guy would realize and be upset knowing that he can't get real sex without someone feeling bad for him

and compassion is just another word for pity, anyone who has a terminal illness gets plenty of that everywhere they turn. If I was on my deathbed, I would probably get sick of everyone showing me pity, and just want some fun before I go.
