In your case, I would try to get a bit rough with him and gauge his reaction, if you think it's positive keep going, if not, then take your hands and guide his to how you want him to be rough with you (ie: Using your hands and make him cuff you, front or back and that "should" be enough to give him the hint at what you want him to do).

it depends:

* if you want to have sex with the guy, and you let him know that, while you push him against the wall, then it's nice. The guy will like it.

*if you don't want to have sex with the guy, you are a virgin, or "not ready", and just want to fulfill some sort of fantasy while not going "all the way", the guy may not appreciate you getting his balls blue, and then leaving him hanging. it'll feel rude.

It's fun, but more in a "I want this" way than a dominating way. I haven't found a girl yet that could truly physically dominate me, but it's still fun/hot to see her being aggressive.
