A couple of reasons:
- In p*rn, notice that stuff rarely happens on a bed. Often, the actors are put in weird positions to allow the camera angles, and often, they are barely able to balance themselves and aren't particularly comfortable or able to move a lot.
- When you are on the bottom, your range of motion is naturally more limited.
- Some positions may limit motion, because otherwise the guy can pop out all the time.
But I agree that in real life, girls are usually much more involved than you tend to see in p*rn.
It may not be a natural reaction. If could be that laying still ensures a batter chance at conception rather than thrusting that may result in more semen spilled outside. Just a guess.
