Personally, I think it would be weird as hell for a girl to blow a guy just because he's pretty unless she has a fetish for giving head (in which case, just be safe).
However, if you date the guy casually or hook up with him, there's nothing wrong with consenting acts between consenting adults. Just make sure that you're doing it because you want to, not because its going to make you "popular."
My suggestion: imagine doing it. Them imagine what happens afterward. Does what you imagine happening afterward feel right? If so, is it realistic? Be honest. That should answer your question about as well as anybody can.
