Depends on the reason for it. I agree with the anonymous girl below me, that a 28 year old wanting to sleep with an 18 year old girl BECAUSE she's 18 is a bit creepy. If he just happens to want to sleep with her, whatever. When I was 18 I slept with my 27 year old friend, and we're now 21 and 30. It happened because we're good friends and our inhibitions were lowered by drink, and we were attracted to each other. It had nothing to do with our ages. Though if I had been 17 instead of 18, he wouldn't have had anything to do with me sexually.

All kidding aside, it is a big jump, she's probably just getting out of high school, and some 28 year olds have been out of college for a while. Its legal, so I have no problem with it, just remember the life experiences are so far off.
