I wouldn't worry about it. Odds are he didn't even notice, and if he did, he probably doesn't care. Shaking can happen if your muscles become tried from holding them in a similar way for a long time. (Such as sitting side ways propped upon your elbow.) Also, (and it seems more likely in your case) it easily could be from the excitement of making out. It's happened to me before to tell you the truth. And interestingly enough my girlfriend actually told me she was flattered that she made me shake. So it could easily be a turn on for him as well.
It might have scared him...but that's just my opinion.
...i shook slow dancing with a guy at homecoming. ha ha granted, I was a freshman in high school at the time & he was a smooth-talking junior. He noticed pretty quickly & asked if I was. he thought it was cute, actually.

Omg my ex-boyfriend use to do that all the time. lol. he'd always shake for a second and he would always breathe hard. I don't think it's wrong if you do. It's okay if you shake I bet he didn't mind at all :P
