From personal experience, women's feed back and medical studies this is what I can tell you.
Circumcised penis according to questionable research has the same sensitivity as natural penis. Women I know disagree strongly - other studies show circumcised men thrust harder and faster to acheive pleasure and orgasm than thier intact counter parts. Intact men thrust more gently and with shorter strokes.
Another study was curious to see what your question asked - it was ASSUMED that because the glans of a circumcised man was dier and less sensative he would have greater staying power. Strangely enough this was not the case. For ever study that said cut men last longer another study would say intact men last longer. Premature ejaculation was greater amongst circumcised men and this also disproved peoples theories.
In the end it was determined that staying power for a circumcised guy is probably the result of a lack of sensativity. For a natural penis it was how the more senstive penis could feel the climax reaching and train himself to stop until the feeling subsided and do it again until they felt that familiar climb again. Repeating this can allow an intact man to last as long as he wishes and control the time of his own climax.
In short its not what you have, its how you learn to use it.

But again, you might not be as sensitive as someone with an uncircumsize penis so you might last longer.

did you know that one of the reasons circumcision is so prevalent in the united states is because of the christian attitude towards pleasure? people wanted young boys to stop masturbating, so they chopped off the most pleasurable part. yea when I read this thing...it was saying guys who are uncircumcised can't ram it in as much because of the frendulum(not sure on the spelling) so there fore they have to go slower and on average last around 60 mins. and in a study a man with an uncircumcised penis is 5 times more likely to make the female orgasm.

I've been circumcised at 15 yo and I had the luck to have sex before that so with my own experience I can say that we dure most time when we are circumcised.
