Having loud sex is rude and disrespectful when you have roommates. I have live on college campus for 3 years and I have had a lot of problems with roommates but loud sex was not one of them. My current roommate thinks its cute, but its not its disgusting. You can have all the loud sex in your house or when I am not here. I don't care if they had sex ALL DAY but loud is pretty disgusting and disrespectful. Who wants to hear that while their eating? lol

Yeah, I mean, I'd expect my flatmates would be considerate enough to keep it down a bit if everyone is around.

They're paying rent on the place too though - so it wouldn't really to be fair to expect them to keep it down all the time, if the rest of us are in all the time - then I'd expect to hear something and sometimes it's nice to just let loose a bit. As long as it's not all the time, every time they have sex, then it's understandable - I mean, you're young adults, enjoy it.

i live in the dorm room and the walls are really thin. its pretty annoying when people do it at 3am and you can hear loud and clear. even worst when your roommate who is in the same room as you is getting it on with her man while your in the room lol. everyone has an urge and as long as your not their and they are paying rent I think people can tone it down but still be a little loud not to the point of distrubing others though
