Misconception of uncircumcised compared to circumcised?

i probably spelled it wrong, but anyways, I found this interesting...a lot of American women (I am American) seem to think that being uncircumcised means that the d is going to be dirtier and that its CLEANER to be cut... well I'm uncut, I've never had an issue with my d being unsanitary as long as I clean it... I mean after all the skin is there to protect the head and keep it clean... so where the hell are these girls finding this "information" that being cut means its more sanitary? I can't quiet put my finger on it...i mean, is it health classes in the system? I don't remember anything being mentioned that it was "morie clean" in any class...i mean the jew's cut because they believe its more sanitary, but WH!Y? I clean just like everyone should when they shower and I never have problems with it or have girls tell me that I'm unsanitary or dirty or smells weird... my sensitivity is a lot stronger than my guy friends who are cut, not that it matters...I'm not saying one is better than the other, I've def had my share of people dissing me for being uncut(for whatever reason), but to be honest I don't care, I like how I am and its natural...i guess I'm just curious why girls think its NASTY or DIRTY...i mean it wouldn't be fair to judge if you haven't been with both, but also is it fair to judge every uncut guy because you ran into a dude who didn't clean well? I mean granted if you take a d and one is cut and one isn't and you don't wash either for some time, the uncut one will become more unsanitry if you're comparing to the cut one(im assuming)...but that's if you don't clean yourself properly...I'm just confused why some American women are so quick to judge and HATE uncut d's...seriously tho, I'm lost here...i know everyone has their preference, but really is uncut that bad? I mean when its hard you can pull the skin back to make it "cut" so really its almost like the best of both worlds... girls what is the reason for you thinking that being uncut means its more unsanitary...its really not THAT bad and every girl I've been with, esp if I was their first uncut have loved it...so, what's the deal?

just want to make it clear I'm not saying one is better than the other, I mean hell it was really our parents decision to cut or leave it uncut when we were born...i hope no one gets offended by this...this isn't a poll on which one you think is better, it was more so to vote and then explain your answer as to why you prefer one over the other so I could try to understand why girls may think one way over the other :) thanks everyone

  • I prefer uncircumcised. (I am American) I definitely don't think it's nasty or dirty. I think most American girls are used to seeing circumcised penises so they dislike what they're not used to or what's "not normal" to them. They're used to everyone saying it's dirty for some reason and they just don't know the facts.

    They believe whatever they hear. Most have never even been with an uncut guy probably so they just don't know what it's like to be with one and they think it's so different. Even on this site all the time I see girls ask "how to give a bj/hj to an uncircumcised guy", "how to have sex with an uncircumcised guy", "what do I have to do differently for an uncircumzed guy".

    And that makes me mad because really NOTHING is different other than a little extra skin. Although even in the states, circumcision is becoming less common as people realize that there's really no difference and cleanliness just depends on the person and how clean that person is. So I think the idea that circumcised is "cleaner" and "better" will start to change. I mean in the rest of the world uncircumcised is a lot more common. So I think the united states is headed that way because fewer people are circumcising their kids.

    • i read that as well...that less Americans are being cut and actually that doctors are recommending not to do it because it protects the head. then I also hear things like oh well you cna get std's easier, but really...i mean really, wtf to me its like if you stick your d in a girl and she has somethingg your getting whatever she has whether your cut or uncut...lol I don't know I just feel like some girls are so quick to think negativly about it - thanks for your input! :)

    • i've read/heard uncut gives a girl more pleasure if the guy knows how to work it properly...the skin gives more friction(?)...basically I read a book where a women was saying if you give a guy a uncut d*** and a cut d*** and have him work it exactly the same way, the uncut would be more pleasurable - then again I guess its presonal preference...interesting how women can feel a difference, if any!

  • I've never been with a guy who isn't cut, so I can't have an opinion. The thought of it is just kind of weird if you haven't been accustomed to it, yet. Also, to those girls who have had unclean guys -- that is a pretty strong disgust factor. If they had that experience, I'd imagine it really turned them off. If I am getting to a know a guy's "d" then I've already got feelings for him, so what I'd pick off a menu doesn't matter anyway.

I had only one girl in my life think it was kind of gross, she went down and came right back up and was like your uncut...i was like um yeah...she continued with what happened but it was weird for me because I was unsure and insecure at the time...i mean my father is scotish so its normal over there, I guess I don't get why people think its unsanitary? thanks tho! :)

  • Perfer cut better, not for all that scientificly cleaner crap.

    I think it looks better, I mean lets be honest penis aren't the most beautiful thing in the world in the first place. I just like to see the head unexposed.

    But that doesn't go to say I would push away a guy because they are uncut I don't fond it reulsive or anything. but the cut, for me, are bonus turn on points.

  • I think it is cruel, y'know mutilating babies/kids genitals for no real sufficient reason. I'm uncut (more common in Europe) and I have never had any issues that pro-circumsisionists put forth. Providing your hygiene is good then there isn't a problem.

    • is that not true? they are not delicate, beautiful and graceful like vaginas. they are big grotesque fists of veiny flesh with a horrible mushroom shaped thing on top that when caressed vigorously enough erupt a fountain of smelly - presumably foul tasting mucus-like liquid all over the place. I'm glad I'm not gay or a girl. but then again they probably see penises in a different light. eww.

    I can't argue for religious reasons, those might be stupid to me, but they are their things. Still... ah whatever.

    • well I assume its brainwashing, like considering its the cultural norm in the US, with 60-70% having themselves cut there, that is what they are used to and since it is the norm. I guess most assume their is medical justifcation for being that way. for 80% of the world though, its normal to be uncut
