I wouldn't comfort him it's not my problem he's insecure about his body.

I have that problem and he doesn't believe me. It is kinda aggravating, but I think he is insecure because he knows the last guy was a freaking magnum wearing guy. I much prefer my current guy he feels much better because he hits my g spot. He just looks at it that he slips out occasionally. It happens. I love his much more than the bigger guy he was too painful to enjoy.
I wouldn't discuss his penis, and brush off any of his concerns by almost ignoring them, and then during sex I would show it extra tender love and care, show him how much I love his penis, because I do love my mans penis.

Generally men don't show their insecurities about penis size in person. I didn't even know men had this issue until I joined this sight, & it was put in my face a million times. Since I know now that a lot of guys are subconsious about their penis, I'd probably show him how much I love his body during sex in different ways.
I can't imagine I'd ever be dating a guy in the first place who was "incredibly insecure" with his penis. Those guys are typically insecure about everything and it would be exhausting. It's not my job to fix someone else's insecurities. How about take some responsibility and fix your own insecurities to become a better partner, instead of just assuming it's your future woman's job to fix.
