Definitely, if you punch a girl in the boob it will hurt. Not the same pain as guys experience though. I would compare being kicked in the balls to really bad period pains for girls. The kind of pain where you can barely walk.

Well, I've never been 'punched' in the boobs. But I'd imagine it would hurt a fair amount. However, there are more nerve endings in the balls so I'd still wager it wouldn't hurt AS much as being done in the nuts.
