It's the same in some ways. People make a big deal about the size of both body parts, and in both situations, there's a lot of debate about whether or not size really matters. I think in the end, guys are more affected by the size of their penis (emotionally and mentally) than girls are by the size of their breasts, whether that means being insecure about a smaller penis or being conceited because of a big one. However, both genders can fall prey to body image issues, and women often experience additional pressures in other areas (e.g. weight). Both genders can cause the other to be more insecure by expressing their preferences the wrong way.

No. Because most guys say they love boobs regardless of size. And most women say that size does matter, and they don't want a tiny d*ck. Just what I've noticed. Boob size doesn't matter as much as penis size to many people so they can't really be compared.

What's Your Opinion? Sign Up Now!I want to say it's similar, not the same. Like the others pointed out it's better for both to be bigger in most peoples opinions. Smaller is looked down upon a little bit more. But girls can basically get more with theirs, while guys it's kind of a secret.
I'm gonna say in some ways yes, but I think bigger breasts have more of an advantage. I am a 110 lbs with D's, they deffinitly get noticed. I'm not saying it is right, but I get a lot of things a lot easier because of it, guys don't cause of a big d***.
