None of those traits matter if we have feelings for them. Obviously we have to love their personalities to have feelings for them. If you want a clear cut answer;

All women like tall men. It shows genetic health and it is our instinct to be drawn away from short men.

Personality? Confident. Different. Caring. Unlike anyone else.

Muscular? Lean muscle is sexy. If you are ripped I know that you spend hours in the gym and a good portion of your time looking at yourself in the mirror. That's gross and girly.

Age? Same age and older. Not more than 5 years older. It is proven that guys brains develop later than females so besides the few exceptions out there, a guy the same age as a girl will most likely be less mature than her even though they are the same age. You can date older guys to compensate for this.

Dick size? Its not the size of the boat it's the motion of the ocean if you know what I mean ;)

Hair? You have to have some. Bawling at too young of an age is a major turn off. Most girls like shaggy skater hair in high school, but they quickly grow out of this in college and go for the clean cut guys.

Good looking.

Rich? It is females natural instincts to be gold diggers like it's guys natural instinct to sleep with as many women as possible. Following those instincts depends on how intelligent you are. Studies show that men who cheat are less intelligent than men who don't (i.e. smart guys can tell the difference between their d***s talking or their heads.)

Eye/ Hair color completely depends on the person. However, it is more likely to see a blond with a brunette and vice versa. So if the chick is blond than brown hair...

Anyways, all of this is completely conditional. If a girl is in love with a guy many of these traits are negotiable. When we are in love we love the whole package. Period. Even traits we think we must have in a guy can be overlooked when we really care about the guy...love is blind.
