The consensus on nearly ANY body part preference question can be answered like this, with only a few percentage points changed depending on the question:
- Most guys, let's say 80-90%, don't care what kind of nipples you have as long as you have them and the guy gets to play with them.
- Some guys, maybe 5-10%, won't like them. Many will get past it, and some never will.
- Some guys, maybe 5-10%, will REALLY like them. A few of those guys will ONLY date girls who have them, but for the others, it's just a really nice bonus.
So, there are a relative handful of guys who won't like a particular feature you have, just as you may not like certain physical traits in a guy. But the vast majority will be perfectly happy with what you've got, and a handful will be ecstatic.
To give you specific examples, Traci Lords was arguably the most famous and popular p*rn star in the 80s, selling record numbers of videos and magazines (and this was BEFORE anyone knew that she was underage at the time; she was using a false ID that said she was 22-23). She has puffy nipples and men loved them.
More recently, Faye Valentine (aka Faye Reagan) is a redheaded p*rn star with a huge following, and is known for her puffy nipples.
The description of your breast size sounds great. Many of us prefer very small. And the puffy areola is very arousing.

I think they're very hot, personally. I think a lot of guys would agree, but like anything, usually comes down to personal preference as to the degree. If your nipples show under clothing but you wanna go braless, I suggest wearing "petals" they are like pastees. They come in different colors, shapes & materials. Personally I think some situations call for using them or wearing a bra since many people do form certain opinions of you when they know you're goin' braless that may not actually corilate with who you are or how you live your life.
While there are times that something should be worn to hide the nipples (job interview comes to mind), I think a gal who is small chested who wants to go braless, should just go braless.

There comes a point where it looks sloppy and just like you're trying too hard for attention, but I'd say your nipples shouldn't be a problem? I mean, what I'm visualizing isn't so bad.
But if you go braless you can't complain if you get unwanted attention.
