Otherwise you're horny, and cuddling up in bed with someone you're really attracted to when you're horny is not going to make him happily drift off to sleep. So he's going to try. And he should feel free to try when he's in the mood.
You have the right to say 'no' of course, though if you are saying 'no' a lot of the time, he'd be wise to break up and find someone who wants him more.
I'd suggest if you are really tired and want to go to sleep, either get him off quick, or promise - and deliver - morning sex.
But again, your partner (just like you) has the right to ask for whatever they want, and you have the right to do it or not do it. If you routinely don't meet each others needs, the relationship is going to die ... and should be killed off.
Of course it's possible, but I can tell you that it can be very difficult not to be sexual when your beautiful, sexy Girlfriend is lying next to you in bed, and you feel like you can't keep your hands off of her. But... if you really don't want it, then you need to say so, before you even get into bed. He's going to need to know what your wishes are ahead of time.
Also, if you're like this all the time, don't be surprised if he doesn't want you over all the time. It can be uncomfortable and annoying to be that close to your girl and not be able to show her the kind of affection that you want to show her. It's easier to be alone than to be all revved up with no where to go.
Right now it is a novelty to him but I think that once you sleep together every single night if you are married or whatever, he won't demand it all the time. I mean, the other extreme isn't good either where he doesn't even want to have sex with you anymore. But at this point he isn't living with you so you being in his bed is a real treat and temptation.
Maybe try having sex before you go to sleep? It will calm him down and he may be tired enough to go to sleep. It just happened that my guy and I had sex before bed and none of that happened. But he is also not the type to do that.

You can just sleep together in the same bed without being intimate. There is nothing wrong with that. I've been in the same situation as you though, I don't understand why guys aren't happy enough with just cuddling in bed?
It makes a BIG difference whether or not we have had sex...if we have never had sex...no big deal ...if we have tho AND our relationship is fairly new, then it is difficult to lay next to her when I am horny...a few months into the relationship..it is not such a big deal...does that make sense?

Nothing wrong with it...done it many times...sex is better of course...but that is all...and given the choice of sharing a bed or not..I would share the bed with u...if we had not had sex B 4 would not be a big deal at all...if we HAD had sex B 4 then would be more difficult...
