I work here in France at a municipal pool as attendant and cleaner. As normal in France, women work both female and male sides. I only work weekdays mornings, when the pool is mostly let out to local high schools, so I get to see plenty of naked guys, but only 14-18 year olds. They're too young to be sexually interesting, and yet I still find myself checking out their bare butts (they have to keep a weight record, and so stand on the machine straight after showering - it's right next to the attendant's desk, so I get a close of their bare behinds.)

I don't think you have much to worry about. You actually have it rather easy. Most people aren't aware that you are checking out their backside since they are probably walking away.
Don't worry about it. Everybody does that. Everybody looks at the sexual features first, other features (such as face) later. And I litteraly mean EVERYBODY, even priests and nuns. Hell, even imams and the pope do. Everybody who says differently either lies or doesn't realize it.
It's human nature.
