It sounds like the sort of stuff you do when you are teenagers. I caught my brother masturbating a couple of times when we were younger. He saw me naked a few times in my teens but I thought nothing of it cause he is my brother, it was no big deal. He might have fantasized about me, but maybe not. If he did I think it would be cause of all the hormones happening at the time and I was a girl. If you live in the same house some times you catch people in compromising positions.

When I was a teenager experiencing the flood of hormones during adolescence for the first time, I also had these same fantasies about my sister. Never acted on it. Regardless, these fantasies were there nonetheless, despite my will to attempt to drive them from my mind. I recall a TV show with Dr. Drew that covered this particular topic and Dr. Drew stated it's actually normal for siblings to fantasize about one another at some point in their lives. And speaking from my own firsthand experience, the people who have these sibling fantasies don't need more people condemning them anymore than they are already internally beating themselves up over it. I'm sure that the writer of the original post is experiencing the same emotions all incest fantasy hosts have– guilt, shame, perverse, disgust, etc. They don't want to have these bizarre fantasies about their siblings, thus they feel worthless and disgusting as a person as a result of having these disturbing fantasies.

While there may be a perfectly healthy psychological explanation for this, truly the first reaction is, ewwww.
