This is kind of a vent, but I'm so tired of being so self conscious. It's about my boobs. They're small, I wish they were bigger. I'm barely a 32A. I'm not even a handful to my hands, so they're puny in a guy's hands. I get so angry with girls whining about how they're a B cup or C cup and is it big enough, I would love to be a B cup. I've had a couple guys suck on my breasts and see them, but I feel so bad after because they're small. I wish mine were bigger for the handful rule and so they're at least worth looking at. They're so small, it makes me feel like less of a woman. I have no cleavage for cute tops, I look like an adolescent girl. Gosh, 12 year old girls are bigger than me! Anyone else have this problem or ways to get over the fact that I'm stuck with these little girls?

This is a VERY short list of women who are VERY desired by men, who are photographed all the time and widely considered "hot" and "sexy." They are also all A-cups. I'm sure you could name 10 more such women easily.

Like these women, you are more than the size of your breasts, and you can still be sexy, attractive, and desirable to men with what you've got. I bet all of these women have, at times, felt the same way you do. The truth is that no one has a perfect body, and we all have insecurities about our bodies, especially when we're the age when we're starting to share our bodies with other people. Plenty of girls have very large breasts, and are just as insecure about how they look. Feeling that way is normal.

BUT, it's a phase you will grow out of, hopefully soon, because you'll realize that you are more than the size of your boobs. Plenty of guys undoubtedly find you attractive, and let's be honest - none of them think you've got DDs in that bra. Padded bras aren't any big secret, and most guys can figure out what you've got long before you end up in bed with them. Obviously, if it's gotten to that point, they have no problem with your breasts. So, you need to learn to see yourself through their eyes, and really accept that they are attracted to you, for your body and for your personality.

Remember this too: no matter how hot a woman is, if her personality is lousy, no guy will want to hang around very long. A fantastic body can't overcome a lacking personailty for any length of time. Learn to love and accept yourself for who you are, and then allow your guy to do the same. That's the real secret to happiness.

The handful rule is just something we say to girls who have a handful. I'm not going to lie to you, there are some guys out there for whom breast size is really important. I have a friend like this, and the first time I met his wife, it made me laugh a little, because she was really chesty. If every guy wanted the same girl we'd kill each other until there was only one of us left. Out tastes are just as varied as yours. And I know that for some reason that I don't understand girls with small boobs don't want to do this, but if you leave the bra at home, you'll look awesome. I don't know why girls won't do this. Girls with larger breasts wear bras to keep their boobs from sagging down to their waists and from flopping around anywhere. You don't have that concern. Yours are just going to jiggle a little bit as you walk and look amazing. It's like the girls with big breasts made up the rules to the game to benefit them and the smaller breasted girls are going along. Here's my advice, if you fail the pencil test, go get all of your bras and throw them in the garbage.

Pencil test? I wear a bra because if I don't, I feel super self conscious. I wear one so it looks like I actually have something and to fill shirts out. If I didn't wear one, I'd look like I was just a little girl (whose really tall). I feel better wearing a bra.

Maybe I was a bit extreme; I make that mistake sometimes, but in the right top small breasted girls look very sexy without bras. I had a girlfriend who was so small my hand was flat against her chest (grown woman and a mom) She almost always wore a bra and believed they helped her to look better, but she was always at her sexiest without one.

It makes me feel bad though, last guy I was with when he laid down on top of me, you could hear all the air squish out between him and I since I had no boobs to give some distance between us. I haven't heard of this pencil test, ha ha what is it?

Oh you put a pencil under your breast and stand up and see if the pencil falls out. I know you wish you hard larger breasts, but fake boobs don't feel right and they usually don't look right either. A lot of women who men find irresistible are small breasted. Also, you probably see the women who have large breasts. They are rare. Most women are really pretty small. Try not to worry about it.

I would love to have B cups. At least there's something there. I couldn't have big boobs on my body frame, I tried a two cup sizes bigger bra and you could tell they were fake because I have such a small waist and I'm skinny. But a B cup, I'd love to be. I don't want huge boobs, but I would like boobs a bit bigger than what I have.

Probably not. I've always compared myself to everyone else. It's hard not to, especially at my age. I've never compared myself as much I have been recently to other people. But the past year, it's been nuts! I'm so envious of girls with bigger boobs than me. A couple guys told me they like my small boobs, but I haven't heard from them again and it was all in the moment. They probably didn't want to be mean...

Well only you can control your self esteem. But id like to point that just because someone has bigger boobs doesn't mean they don't have insecurities. Heck I've got 36 G's and I can't even wear half the things you're talking about. You may feel like you don't fill tops out but I can't show even the slightest bit of cleavage without people looking at my like I'm some slutty susan. Iim not trying to downgrade your feelings, we all have our own, but put in perspective.

Anyway nobody else is going to give some cathartic comment to spin your whole attitude around, only you can do that. It is called SELF esteem for a reason and it shouldn't be dependant upon others. You say your tired of feeling bad...so stop.

i am barely a 32b I might be An 32A I am foreigner so I am not sure... I have like "lemons" its something but I can't have a cleavage only if I smash my boobs...

I know how you feel it does make us feel less of a woman...

As for the guys I think we don't have to worry about them looking to our boobs and not to our face...

The greatest time about small boobs is that you Will always have a younger looking body that when you are too young isn't great but once you are over 25 its amazing...

I'm sure you could search and find this, but you need reassurance, so here goes:

1/3 of men like big breasts, and care if you have them. Guess what, those aren't the guys for you.

1/3 of guys might like big breasts, but barely care. Its probably like saying 'you'd like your husband to be a billionaire, sure'. Its really low on the list of things they look for.

1/3 of guys _prefer_ smaller breasts.

More of those guys come out of the woodwork as you get older. When you're 16, having bigger breasts makes you look more like a woman, less like a little girl. Plus 16 year old big breasts are big ... and firm.

By even 10 years later, you don't need big breasts to look like a desireable woman, it no longer makes you look 'mature'. And biggers ones are starting to look different. I'd guess by mid 20's, you'll find way more guys who prefer small, as well as more guys not caring much either way.

Most guys just like _breasts_. Whatever size.

If it's really bothering you, then surgery is probably your only option. Or pregnancy, I guess. But that's a bit extreme just to increase the bust.

But honestly, there's nothing wrong with a pair of 32A. I happen to like 'em small, and I know I'm not alone in this.
