It usually does leak out, but it depends. The amount of sperm that is ejaculated varies from man to man. Some men are heavy ejaculators while others spurt less than a teaspoon. Also, if the man has already ejaculated once or twice before, the amount is greatly decreased.

pill isn't 100% effective. In fact, it's not even necessarily that effective lol.
For me, if he comes inside, it almost always leaks out afterward. If it's a lot of cum, it will rush out as soon as he pulls out of me. If it isn't a lot, it'll leak out when I move around or stand up.
