Is a tight vagina bad?

I've been having sex with my boyfriend for months now and I'm still very very tight. My boyfriend does have a small penis length and girth wise so I don't think it's necessarily my "fault" that I'm still tight. At first my boyfriend liked how tight I was but now I think he's getting a little I don't know, frustrated. I'm thinking he's getting frustrated because he comes to quickly (but he doesn't that's the thing. sex usually lasts for like 15 minutes) So I'm asking, do you guys like a really tight vagina?
