My fiancee is an accomplished tease. She enjoys sexual teasing like nobody's business and unlike most guys (I think) I enjoy that. I don't know how common it is, but to answer your question, I love teasing my boyfriend. Sometimes I will brush against his crotch in public, but I've never seen him get an erection there. If it's too much he will tell me to stop, which he has done before. I would only do this to my boyfriend -- never to a guy I didn't know. That could easily be misinterpreted as sexual harassment. If we were hidden enough, I think it'd be fun to try to make him come in his pants, but it'd take a while. He's hard (to pun intended) to get off so it'd take a good 10 minutes of consistent strokes. Sometimes when we're at home I will do as your last question asked, but I'd always have the intent to finish soon.

For example:

I LOVE to do this to my guy.  I probably do it five times a week too. Haha, I highly doubt it's uncommon. I think EVERYONE enjoys both teasing and being teased. It's just so fun. The only thing girls don't want to be labeled as and guys hate is when a girl teases a guy without any intention of finishing what she started.
