Girls: Would getting eaten out for the first time be a good Valentine's Day present?

I don't have a girlfriend, nor have I ever had a girlfriend (*sigh*), so this question is for when I eventually DO have a girlfriend! :-)

Let's say you're dating a guy. You've already kissed and made out, and possibly even exchanged handjobs and fingering -- but that's all you've done so far. No oral sex for either person. However, you've been together long enough that you're considering giving him oral sex and/or you suspect he's considering giving YOU oral sex, BUT neither of you has discussed it yet or asked permission. Basically, it seems like your relationship is ready to go to the "next level," but neither of you has physically made the initiative or verbally suggested anything.

Now, still imagining that scenario, let's say it's Valentine's Day. You and your boyfriend have an intense and intimate make-out session. As things are heating up, he takes off your pants and panties, moves his head down there, and begins enthusiastically and passionately eating you out.

So, girls, what would you think of that scenario:

(a) if you've never received oral sex before, from ANYONE?

(b) if you've received oral sex before, but never from HIM?

Also, would you rather he ask permission beforehand, or go the spontaneous route like the scenario I described?

while I'm sure all girls will like the scenario, fact of the matter is, if you aren't consistently eating out your girlfriend, at least before sex every time, you aren't being a good BF

You seem to be misunderstanding the question in the same way the first answerer misunderstood it.

I didn't say the guy in this scenario doesn't want to do it and/or doesn't like doing it. He just hasn't done it to her, YET. He'd still do it all the time after that, assuming she liked it.

I said my I initial answer first because it's a sexual act and to me it shouldn't have to be so.. 'special' that it must be given sparingly and as a gift so to speak. This goes on the basis of loving each other.
