I'm a "normal" or "average" "girl next door" type of girl. I'm 23, though people often say I look younger. I'm a brunette, I wear my hair layered at shoulder length (I have thin hair, so I can get away with wearing it longer, but it looks better shorter). B cup boobs, small waist, wide hips, thick butt and thighs. I'm about 5'7". I don't know my weight, but I'm not fat nor extremely thin. I have brown eyes, a very normal face. I get my fair share of attention, though I don't consider myself beautiful nor hot. Yesterday I went to the salon and my hairdresser is friends with a stripper who went yesterday. She had obvious extensions, she was probably in her mid 30s, but her body was stunning: she had very big boobs (probably DDs, looked fake though), a tiny waist, wide hips, a massive, round butt (looked fake, though) and curvy thighs. She had a kinda cartoonish body, but stunning anyway, kinda like a real life version of Jessica Rabbit... she had a pretty face, but she wasn't beautiful and she looked tired and a bit aged. But the body was like "WOW!". All strippers look like that around here. Then at night we were talking with some male friends who sometimes go to strip clubs, and they told us how if you pay a bit extra you can make out with strippers and for more cash you can "release" them from the club and they work as escorts. They talked about these women's bodies and how they're really hot, etc. I work out frequently and I guess I can lose a few more pounds and be more toned, but without extensions and implants (both boobs and butt) I would never look like strippers. They're obviously not just fantasy if guys can have sex with them... so do guys honestly prefer that type of body? Would you prefer a girlfriend to look like that instead of just having average proportions?

I'll answer your question, but before I do that, you're already starting off making a big false assumption that I'm going to clear up for you.

A strip club is NOT "reality", it's FANTASY. It's like Disneyland: the Haunted Mansion isn't really haunted, and the hippo on the jungle ride isn't going to eat you, but it's fun to pretend for while.

Guys go to a strip club to enjoy the fantasy of "hot" girls being so sexually attracted to them that they just HAVE to get naked and shake their boobs in his face. They know it isn't real (their wallet tells them so, if nothing else), but it's fun to pretend for a while. And since it IS just a fantasy, lots of guys prefer to "turn it up" and to have girls with huge boobs and huge butts and super-slutty outfits and all of that.

But this is what girls don't understand: guys do NOT want the same thing in REAL LIFE as they want in their FANTASY. Guys understand the difference, and are happy to keep the two seperate.

A lot of guys who (like me) don't like breast implants don't really mind if a stripper has them, because he's just enjoying the way they look filling up a big bra from across the room, or maybe (in some clubs) motorboating them for a second or two. But he's never going to get to squeeze and rub them and see them in lots of different positions like he would his own girlfriend, so most of the things that make implants undesirable aren't important in the strip club. That doesn't mean he wants his girlfriend to have implants, because when he squeezes and rubs HER boobs, he wants the real thing. See the difference?

Remember: strip clubs are very dark places with bad lighting, and that's ON PURPOSE. When you can barely see, you can let your fantasies fill in all the gaps. Those girls may look great naked when the room is dark and the only lights are from a mirror ball and some black lights on the wall, but in a normally-lit room, you can see her c-section and breast implant scars, her needle tracks, her bad teeth, etc. That would ruin the fantasy.

So, to summarize: guys want DIFFERENT things in real life compared to their fantasies.

And, yes, I think most guys (not all, but most) would prefer the "girl next door" over the Jessica Rabbit fake body in real life. I know for me, I don't even like looking at the fake strippers in the strip club; the only ones I pay attention to are the ones with natural bodies.

But here the difference is some strippers you can actually take home if you have the cash, it's not like in the US (I think) so if guys have the money and feel like it, they can actully take the girls home. If they don't have much money and buy them a bunch of drinks they can still make out with them and feel their boobs and see their vulvas and all. So I think it's not much of a fantasy here, but anyway. I guess not everything is lost.

Girl next door beats p*rn star any day. Just keep in mind though that not all p*rn stars look the same. To me though, if the boobs are big but they look fake, it's a huge turn-off. You don't need big boobs to get a guy to go crazy over you. Hell, even completely flat-chested girls can be extremely sexy. I use my best friend as a reference - she has like almost nothing on her chest and she's still extremely hot.

Don't try to compare yourself with the p*rn star. You might get the attention of some guys but the thing is there will be other guys who won't like it. The best you can do is just be yourself. One of my favorite quotes is "girls should spend more time finding ways to be more interesting and less time worrying about their bodies", which is true because you see a lot of very pretty girls that take really good care of themselves but more often than not they're really boring or can't keep a conversation going, it's really sad. :/

By the way if you don't think you're fat then you can forget about losing some pounds because a lot of girls think they're fat when they're not even chubby, so if you don't even think you're fat I believe you're good to go. :D

Also, I wanna explain something you said about your friends - yeah we think strippers are hot, but understand that when we're horny we'll pretty much find almost any naked girl to be hot. On a normal day though if we saw them we probably wouldn't even look at them twice.

i think it depends on culture. in my culture the "stripper body type" (lol) is viewed as more attractive, and that is what I have as well. it works for me and a lot of women in my family and in my culture have similar body types. I never really grew up thinking it was abnormal because I saw it around me all the time.

in other cultures, a less dramatically curvy body type is seen as far more attractive.

and of course within those cultures there are people with their own opinions.

i wouldn't worry about it. my best friend is the complete opposite body type from me - she's very thin and not curvy. not saying you're very thin/not curvy but my point is her body type is even further from mine and she gets lots of attention from guys.

you should just focus on loving yourself and not comparing yourself to other people and wondering if guys like your look better than theirs or vice versa. don't stress it. who cares?

and honestly, its not all its cracked up to be. I love my body but I also get my fair share of embarrassing sexual comments and a lot of guys just try to hook up with me. meh.

Girl next door, meaning a girl of equal social standing/class. People are (or at least should be... lol) attracted to members of the opposite gender that they share commonalities with... a real connection.

it depends entirely on the guy. I have a specific body type preference which I would associate with "models," but not quite what you are describing. Large boobs are 'okay' but really I just prefer them to be slightly over proportion with the rest of their body. I'm not fond of large butts.
