My best friend and his boyfriend are the same ages as you and yours. At first, I'll admit, I thought it was weird and thought that his boyfriend might be some sOrt of creep. However, after spending some time with the guy and seeing him out with my friend, I've seen that although he has the peronality of a piece of chalk, he does genuinely like my friend. What I'm saying is people might make judgements at first based on age but if you genuinely love each other, it will become apparent. People will see that an most likely think differently. 16 is an incredibly immature age for a 19 year old to get tied up with, whether dating or just sex. There is a huge maturity gap before and after a high school diploma.
